Instructions
1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small pieces. Boil in water until tender, then drain.
2. Add butter and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
3. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon. Beat until fully combined.
4. Transfer to a 9×13 baking dish.
5. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle evenly over the potatoes.
6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until hot and topping is golden brown.
Yield: Serves ~8–12
