Spinach – Easy

Cream cheese spinach bake

- 2 packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained well

- 1/8 tsp finely chopped onion

- Sour cream (enough to completely cover top)

- Paprika 


Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

2. Cook and drain spinach well.

3. Mix salt, pepper, and nutmeg into spinach.

4. Stir cream cheese into spinach until melted

5. Pour into a greased casserole dish.

6. Cover top completely with sour cream and paprika.

7. Bake at 300°F for 30–45 minutes.
