Ribs (Grilled)

Pre-boiled ribs finished on grill with sauce

Ingredients:

- Pork or beef ribs, cut into serving pieces

- Water or beer, enough to cover 2 inches above meat

- Garlic 

- Barbecue sauce for brushing


Steps:

1. Simmer ribs in water or beer 2 inches over meat.

2. Drain.

3. Arrange on grill; cook on low heat with lid closed 1 hour.

4. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill 5–10 minutes more.


Notes:

- Lemon pepper may be used
