Pork Tenderloin (Marinated)

Soy-sherry marinated pork roast

Ingredients:

- 3 3/4 lb pork roast 

- 1/2 cup sherry

- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, smashed

- 1 tablespoon dry mustard

- 1 teaspoon thyme 

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 


Steps:

1. Marinate pork 2 hours.

2. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes, basting with marinade several times.

3. Serve with orange marmalade–mustard sauce or sour cream–mayo sauce if preferred.
