Food-processor pizza dough

- 2 3/4 cups flour

Steps:

1. Mix in food processor until combined.

2. Put in oiled bowl; cover with plastic wrap.

3. Let double, punch down, and let rise again.

4. Top with sauce and bake 500°F for 12 minutes.

5. Add mozzarella + Parmesan, bake 3–5 more minutes.
