Pean Pie (Pecan Pie Variant)

6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.

7. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F and bake 40–45 minutes more, until the center is just set and barely shakes.


Notes:

- Keep baking slow and gentle.

- The top may be dotted with extra batter.

- Let cool before slicing.
