Mike’s Christmas Salad

Cranberry marshmallow fruit salad

- 1 package fresh cranberries

- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1 cup red grapes, seeds removed, or 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped stiff

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla


Steps:

1. Combine cranberries and sugar; let sit overnight in refrigerator.

2. On day of serving, add marshmallows, pecans, and fruit choice.

3. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla; fold gently into mixture.

4. Keep refrigerated until serving.
