Mexican Meat Loaf

Meatloaf flavored with corn chips and chili powder

- 2 pounds ground beef

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 teaspoon parsley

- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce

- 1 slice bread, torn

- 1/3 cup corn chips

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- Instant minced onion

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease and flour a 9×13 pan.

3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until done and lightly browned.


Notes:

- Freeze uncooked; thaw in refrigerator then bake as above
