Light Corn Dish

Baked corn casserole with beaten egg whites

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into the corn mixture 

3. Combine softened crackers, cream-style corn, evaporated milk, egg yolks, melted butter, pimento, and seasoned salt in a casserole dish.

4. Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

5. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes, or until hot and the top is lightly browned.
