Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or half whole wheat / half all-purpose)
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 to 1 cup raisins
Instructions
1. Mix butter, egg, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking soda.
2. Stir in flour, oats, walnuts, and raisins.
3. Spray a pan with cooking spray and press mixture evenly into pan (to form bars).
4. Bake at 350°F for ~10–13 minutes (watch closely).
5. Cool and cut into bars.
