5. Simmer 10 minutes.
6. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
7. Spoon into 12×8 baking dish; sprinkle tortilla chips on top.
8. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
9. Remove and sprinkle remaining cheese on top; let stand 5 minutes.
