Beef, corn, and chip casserole

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; spoon off fat after cooling.

3. Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 5 minutes more while stirring.

4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, tomatoes, chilies, and drained corn.

5. Simmer 10 minutes.

6. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.

7. Spoon into 12×8 baking dish; sprinkle tortilla chips on top.

8. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

9. Remove and sprinkle remaining cheese on top; let stand 5 minutes.
