Crème Fraîche

Ingredients:

- 1/2 pint whipping cream

- 8 ounces sour cream

Steps:

1. Combine whipping cream and sour cream in a loosely covered container.

2. Let sit on the counter overnight to culture.

3. Refrigerate after culturing.

Notes:

- Sweet version: Mix cultured crème fraîche with sugar for a very rich topping on fruit

- Plain version: Use 1 teaspoon to top any food

- Very rich and satisfying.
