Cream Cheese Spinach

Spinach baked with cream cheese and sour cream

- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, to taste


Steps:

1. Lightly cook spinach and drain well

3. Stir in softened cream cheese until smooth

4. Transfer to a buttered casserole dish

5. Cover top completely with sour cream

6. Bake 300°F for 30 minutes
