Congealed Ambrosia

Jello-based fruit and cream salad

- 1 (3-oz) box orange Jell-O gelatin

- 1 cup boiling water

- 1 cup cold water

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff

- 2 oranges, sectioned

- 1 banana or 1 3/4 cups halved grapes

Steps:

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water.

2. Chill until slightly thickened.

3. Fold in whipped cream.

4. Add oranges, fruit choice, and coconut; mix gently.

5. Keep refrigerated until serving.
