Chicken Casserole

Chicken baked with soups, sour cream, and Ritz crackers

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs chicken, boiled

- 1 can cream of chicken soup

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- Sour cream

- Ritz crackers, crushed

- Butter, melted 


Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Boil the chicken and tear/shred the meat. Place in the bottom of a greased baking pan.

3. Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream together until smooth.

4. Spread soup mixture over the chicken.

5. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.

6. Pour melted butter over the crackers.

7. Bake 35–40 minutes, until hot and lightly browned on top.
