Dressing:

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Steps:
1. Mix all salad ingredients.
2. Combine dressing and pour over salad.
3. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Notes:
- Dressing can be made a day ahead for stronger flavor.
