Breakfast Quiche (Quick)

Egg, cheese, and meat pie

3. Mix eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, cheese, and flour until smooth.

4. Pour filling into the pie shell.

5. Bake at 325°F for 35–40 minutes.


Notes:

- Optional add-ins: bacon, onion, Swiss cheese version (bacon should be fried first)

- Do not boil milk mixture or it may curdle
