Sweet & Sour Pork

Fried pork with pineapple sweet-sour sauce

Steps:

1. Mix pork, sherry, soy sauce, egg, cornstarch, and flour until well coated.

2. Deep fry the pork with pineapple until cooked; keep warm in the oven.

3. In a heavy pan, heat oil and sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic.

4. Add sugar, catsup, soy sauce, sherry, and the cornstarch-water mixture; bring to a boil until thickened.

5. Serve pork and sauce over cooked rice.
