Peas & Mushrooms

Slow-cooked peas with mushrooms

- 1 large package green peas

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 8 oz chopped mushrooms, peeled

- Salt and pepper to taste


Steps:

1. Combine peas, butter, and mushrooms in a covered pan.

4. Serve hot or stir into rice if desired.
