Apricot / Plum Cake

Oil-based fruit cake using baby food

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan

4. Stir in apricots or plums and their jar liquid 

5. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, baking soda, and salt; mix well.

6. Fold in chopped pecans.

7. Mix in flour until fully combined.

8. Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan.

9. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

10. Cool in the pan before removing.
